Fill out the application form below to tell us more about your child. An annual registration fee of $250 is due on April 1st to secure a space in the school the following year. The other financial obligation of families outside tuition is a yearly $350 school supply fee.

Children turning 5 years old by December 30 are invited to begin elementary school with Origins Academy at The Woods campus in Quispamsis, New Brunswick.

We will contact the reference included on the application form. This reference is a valuable source of information provided directly to the school in strict confidence.

As soon as your application form is processed, your child will receive an invitation to visit our classrooms.

During this meeting, you will learn more about our school, our policies and procedures and you will have the opportunity to tell us more about your child. This meeting can be scheduled to coincide with your child’s classroom visit.

You will be contacted to submit a registration fee once the above steps are completed and we all agree that the school is a good fit for your child and family. The decision whether to accept an applicant is made by the school and is final and the reasons for our decision are confidential. It is essential that applicants’ parents understand the school’s approach and that all parties are comfortable with the fit established during the application process.

Once your application has been approved and the registration fee has been collected, you will be sent our full child registration package and an additional copy of our parent handbook where you will need to sign and return both the contract of service and signed oath of confidentiality.
