At Origins Academy, we are committed to creating a seamless and welcoming elementary school experience as you join our vibrant learning community. The ultimate purpose of the admission process detailed below is to ensure that our school is a good fit for you and your child.
Children are best served when their education is a positive and communicative collaboration between all parties invested in ensuring a child thrives academically, socially and personally. It is important that you understand and value the approach forwarded by your school, and that questions are posed and answered to your satisfaction and comfort. Here are the steps to enroll your child at our Elementary School. We look forward to beginning a conversation with you!
Please note that documents, including tuition and fees manuals, are currently under revision for the 26-27 school year and will be released in January 2026.

Complete the Application Form
Fill out the application form below to tell us more about your child. Children turning 5 years old by December 30 are invited to begin elementary school with Origins Academy at The Woods campus in Quispamsis, New Brunswick.

Wait for Our Contact
We will contact you upon receipt of your application as well as the reference included on the application form. This reference is a valuable source of information provided directly to the school in strict confidence.

Visit Our School
As soon as your application form is processed, your child will receive an invitation to visit our classrooms. This is an opportunity for you and your child to see our campus and classrooms, and for our team to get to know your child!

Attend a Parent/Guardian Meeting
During this meeting, you will learn more about our school, our policies and procedures and you will have the opportunity to tell us more about your child. This meeting can be scheduled to coincide with your child’s classroom visit.

Submit the Registration Fee
You will be contacted to submit a registration fee once the above steps are completed and we all agree that the school is a good fit for your child and family. The decision whether to accept an applicant is made by the school and is final and the reasons for our decision are confidential. It is essential that applicants’ parents understand the school’s approach and that all parties are comfortable with the fit established during the application process.
This application form below is used to express interest in our elementary school in Quispamsis at The Woods and for you to provide us with some information about your child, including facets of their wellbeing, interests, strengths, challenges and anything that might allow us to have a deeper understanding of your child.
